Our summer retreat
was held in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This year's theme was "The More I Seek You". All
weekend, we reflected on the fact that it's not about us, it's about Christ. We played numerous games, such
as "Stinky Twinkie", "Momma Bird, Baby Bird", "Peanut Butter Facial", and many more. These
games served as team building exercises that brought our Youth group closer together. We had praise and worship sessions
each night, where we had the opportunity to learn more about what God would have us to do with our lives, and where we could
praise Him. All of our youth are energized and looking forward to the next retreat. Now, we are on fire for Jesus,
and ready to love on our church and our community.
