I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 8 years old. There are many vivid memories I have of
praying as a child
that God would allow me to work with children, and to be used somehow to make a difference in their lives, as so many had made a difference in my life.
I have taught Sunday School since I was 16. Because Sunday School was such an instrumental part of my life as a child and a place that God always spoke to me, I have always been led back to teaching children in Sunday School.
Each new child that comes into my class is like a refreshing annointing! They are all blessings in my life! Children and youth ministry has also been a huge focus for my husband, Michael, for 18 years.
